This is what I do when I'm not hanging out with my kids or skateboarding.
I'm a multidisciplinary creative with over a decade of experience working in design. I have worked on all kinds of projects for various companies and institutions. Whether working on marketing assets, digital experiences, printed materials, environmental designs, etc., I always focus on creating highly refined work that fits and strengthens existing brands/clients. I love digging deep into brands' underlying beliefs, identity, and goals to craft messages and visuals that suit their needs and speak to their audience. I enjoy the challenge of creating consistent work that is still engaging and fresh across different mediums and touchpoints.
My communication skills, conceptual thinking, and broad vision of projects help me excel as a designer and a design leader/mentor. I believe strongly in collaboration and am not afraid to ask questions, rework ideas, and voice my opinion on the direction of projects; as a leader, I encourage my team members to do the same. I strive to create an environment where each individual feels good about their contribution and can do their best work. I take the time to get to know the people I work with to understand their strengths and passions, so I can encourage them and give them the work they will ultimately be most passionate about, excel at, and allow them to provide the best solution for our client's needs.
